It is a law of nature that work deteriorates due to anxiety. Freedom from anxiety improves work. Educated and resourceful people also suffer from high levels of anxiety and stress. The workers do not worry and sleep well, compared to their superiors who have to take sleeping pills. Those who worry lose their property. Here is a small example in the words of Param Pujya Dadashri, how he put an end to his worries when he lost his business. “Once we lost our business. This is before self-knowledge. That time, I stayed in Ajampa all night worried. Then I got an answer from within. Who else is worried about this loss right now? I felt that my partner is not worried now! I discovered that I was the only one who worried. My Bairi-Boys are all partners yet they don't know what is going on. Now if they don't know all of them, they are doing it. I'm the only one who cares about it without sense. When others, who are my partners, do not worry, why should I bear all the worries alone? What is anxiety? Thoughts are not the problem. Anxiety starts when you get emotional and tense in your thoughts.
