"Prophecy is the science of being able to sense the casual influences or vibrations governing the person or subject on which the consciousness is centered, and knowing the purport or meaning of these influences. To the non sensitive this has no existence, and he must judge the future by surface effects entirely--his knowledge of human character or of the subject to which he is devoted.
